Happy Halloween!

Indian Princess(Kassidy), Ninja(Kaitlyn), Clone trooper!(Ben)

Halloween Dinner Menu:
Brains(Spaghetti)
Eyeballs(Meatballs and olives shown above)
Bones( breadsticks shaped to look like bones)
Witches fingers(green beans)
Drinks
Blood(red Kool-Aide)
I think we covered most of the basic food groups! Delicious!

As you can see from the picture above, Abby is not a huge fan of Halloween. She was a giraffe but would not wear her hood, so she just went as "crabby Abby." Better luck next year.

Yikes! If these two spooks don't scare ya, I don't know what will! I was a black cat this year and Marc was a tourist.

Pumpkin Carving

The finished Jack'0'lanterns!

Kaitlyn wondering if the seeds were ever going to stop coming!

The kids did a good job this year of scooping out their seeds and drawing faces on their pumpkins for Marc and I to carve. They looked very spoooky!

Ben's Preschool Hayride

Ben's Preschool going for a hayride and to pick a pumpkin! He was really excited he was able to wear his hat! Ben likes hats.

Marc's Birthday

One year older and wiser too!

Virginia Beach

While in Norfolk we decided to drive down to Virginia Beach and have a picnic. We were not going to get too wet because we had to drive home that day, but you can see how well that worked out for us!

Abby loved the sand! She would roll around in and just laugh! Here is her Baywatch photo shoot!

Surfs Up!

Norfolk fun continued....

Aunt Debby has a really fun apartment and we played miniature golf and roasted marshmallows.
Check Spelling

Knocked out after a day of fun!

U.S.S Wisconsin

Captain Katy!

Hold er' steady Rose bud!

Kaitlyn and Ben doing a systems check. Looks good sailors!

As part of the museum tour we were able to go aboard the U.S.S Wisconsin. It was a little chilly that day so we quickly made our way through.
All Aboard!
Inside the museum there was lots of fun interactive things for the kids to do. This little submarine was a favorite and we played here for quite a while.
All over Norfolk there were mermaids, and so we decide to stop and take a picture with this lovely little lady.
In October we took a long weekend and went and visited Marc's sister Debby in Norfolk. We had a fun time. This is one of the little outings we went on to the National Maritime Museum.
